However we work, you end up owning everything: code, accounts and documentation, with full IP assignment on final payment.
How package timelines combine
- The Automation Foundation comes with every build and is provisioned in days, so add-ons set the timeline.
- Add-ons run mostly in parallel with the base and with each other, so most packages land within the base window plus a short tail for the one or two heaviest modules.
- A worked example: the Automation Foundation plus the AI email desk plus custom bots lands in roughly 1 to 2 weeks, not three builds stacked end to end.
- The autonomous agent module carries the longest tail and usually sets the finish date when included.
Every timeline is a calendar estimate covering build, review and handover, and is fixed in writing after the scope call.
After launch: retainers
Automations are living systems: models improve, edge cases appear, the next workflow is waiting. Every build can convert to ongoing stewardship at handover, scoped and quoted with your build.
No infrastructure of your own? Every plan can be fully managed: we host and run everything on your behalf, with AI usage included on our standard models, so there are no vendor accounts, no token bills, and nothing to set up or think about. Cancel anytime for free. If you specifically want a named premium model, that one runs on your own billing at cost with zero markup, and you will never open a bill we have not already talked about. Your domain and your data remain yours to take at any time.

Every month you see exactly how much work was automated, how many hours it saved, and what that was worth.
