ellul.ai is a specialist AI automation studio. We do one thing: put AI to work inside your business. No websites, no app builds, no generalist agency menu; automation is the whole practice, and that focus is why the work holds up.
The studio is run by a senior software architect who designs and operates autonomous AI systems in production. That operating background is why every automation we ship runs in its own isolated sandbox with separate storage, approval gates and audit trails by default, not as an add-on.

Every automation is real software: versioned, tested, monitored code you own, not a no-code flow rented from a platform with task limits. It is built to run for years, not to demo well.

Every engagement starts by agreeing the KPI it will move. Dashboards show every run and its outcome, so you always know what the AI did, what it cost, and what it returned.

Plain answers
What counts as one automation?
One workflow with a clear trigger and outcome: an inbox answered, leads followed up, a report generated, content produced. Anything more complex is quoted up front, with its build scope and its ongoing impact stated together before any work starts.
Do I need my own servers or AI accounts?
Either works. Companies with their own cloud get everything built and run in their own accounts from day one, so ownership is never in question. Individuals and teams without infrastructure can run fully hosted and managed by us, with AI usage on our standard model roster included.
What if I want to leave?
Leaving is free. If we built in your accounts, everything was always yours and nothing changes. If we host and run it for you, cancelling is free at any point, your data goes with you, and a full migration to complete ownership is available anytime, closed by an acceptance run you witness.
How do you keep AI automation safe?
Every system runs in its own isolated environment with separate storage. Approval gates keep a human on the actions that matter, credentials never sit inside an AI's memory, and every action is logged and inspectable.
What can you access when I connect my accounts?
Only what you explicitly approve on the provider's own consent screen, and nothing else: connecting email does not expose files or passwords. Credentials are stored encrypted with a single audited access path, each person connects their own accounts, and you can revoke access at any moment, either from your dashboard or directly from your own provider's account page, without asking us.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet; that is an organisational audit we will pursue when an engagement requires it. What we can show your security team today is the architecture: dedicated isolated infrastructure per client rather than a shared platform, encrypted credentials, least-privilege time-boxed access, and append-only audit logs. For regulated organisations, everything can also run entirely in your own accounts under your existing controls, so our certification status never becomes part of your compliance story.
However we work, you end up owning everything: code, accounts and documentation, with full IP assignment on final payment.
