> Workflow automation (Zapier, Make or n8n) at ellul.ai: £495, a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, never charged by the hour. Copying data between apps by hand.

- Price: £495 (one-off)
- Time: 3 to 5 days
- Page: https://ellul.ai/services/workflow-automation

## What is included
- One workflow between your tools
- Error alerts so nothing fails silently
- Documented handover

## How many people are asking for it
658 posts on Reddit asked to hire someone for workflow automation (Zapier, Make or n8n) between November 2025 and November 2026, 315 of them in the last 90 days, most on r/n8n, r/zapier, r/gohighlevel.

## Paid separately, at cost
- Your Zapier, Make or n8n plan, paid to them directly
- Any app plan upgrade needed for API access, at cost

## What the buyer supplies
- Logins or API keys for each tool in the workflow
- A walk-through of the task you now do by hand
- A Zapier, Make or n8n account in your name

## What the price does not cover
- One workflow; each further workflow is quoted
- Changes the apps make to their own systems can break a workflow later; the alerts flag it

## A cheaper way to do it
- Zapier's Free plan runs two-step Zaps for up to 100 tasks a month. Source: [Zapier: Plans and pricing](https://zapier.com/pricing)
- Without a licence key, n8n runs as its free Community edition, which you host and maintain yourself. Source: [n8n Docs: Hosting n8n](https://docs.n8n.io/hosting/)
