## Rules that apply
- Google says a manual action is issued when a human reviewer finds pages breaking its spam policies; once fixed, a review is requested in Search Console and most take several days or weeks. - Google says its core updates do not target specific sites, changes can take several months to register, and there is no promise that site changes bring a noticeable impact. ## A cheaper way to do it
- Google Search Console is a free Google service for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting how a site appears in Google Search, which a site owner can check first. Source: [Google Search Console Help: About Search Console](https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9128668)
