## How many people are asking for it
73 posts on Reddit asked to hire someone for app and MVP scoping between November 2025 and November 2026, 50 of them in the last 90 days, most on r/startups, r/freelance_forhire, r/SaaS.

## What the buyer supplies
- Time for the workshop from whoever decides on the first release
- Any research, sketches or example apps you already have

## What the price does not cover
- The fixed quote covers the build as scoped; adding features changes it
- Scoping cannot tell you whether people will use or pay for the app
