## What the buyer supplies
- Admin access to your Merchant Center account and your shop
- Your business address, phone number and real delivery and returns terms
- Any notice or email Google sent about the suspension

## What the price does not cover
- Google decides reinstatement; the fee covers the fixes and the review request, not the outcome
- Google says account reviews typically take 7 business days, longer when complex
- A shop that cannot back up its prices, stock or business identity is not taken on

## Rules that apply
- Google's Merchant Center misrepresentation policy bans offers that represent a business or its products in a way that isn't accurate, realistic and truthful; for egregious cases Google suspends the account on detection and without prior warning.
